- The Ford Motor Company awarded Kelly Services Inc. its prestigious "Q1 Preferred Quality Award". In the words of a Ford Quality auditor, "Kelly Services has definitely developed a world-class quality system." Kelly’s Automotive Service Group is currently ISO 9001:2000 certified.
- Kelly became the first staffing services company to receive Intel Corporation’s SCQI (Supplier Continuous Quality Improvement Award. In presenting the award Intel Corporate Purchasing said “Kelly brings creativity and value, eagerly offering new approaches to sourcing and employee management. They are the first contingent workforce supplier to ever win this level of award from Intel and have set the standard for other Intel suppliers of professional services.”
