Ekaterina Gorokhova: "The Quality of Candidates on the Russian Market"

This morning, the AmCham Human Resources Committee convened to hear speakers discuss results of 2009 salary surveys. Speakers included Ekaterina Gorokhova, VP&GM to Kelly Services, who presented new survey "The Quality of Candidates on the Russian Market".

This survey obtained the grades of nearly 5,000 people in 17 major Russian cities.

Amongst the key findings of the survey:

  • The level of candidates has grown
  • More employed candidates consider new job
  • Low inflow of new professionals
  • Salary expectations of entry-level candidates has been corrected
  • Salary gap will increase
